Users can request deletion of their MapMyGene account and associated personal data at any time.
In-App Deletion
Log in to the MapMyGene mobile application
Navigate to Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm the deletion request

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted
Genetic reports and health-related data linked to your account will be removed from our systems
Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
Important Notes
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
If you have ongoing services or orders, deletion may be processed after completion
